Speakers

Girish Chavan is the Co-founder and CTO of Astrata, Inc. He has over 22 years of experience building products using NLP and Machine Learning. Prior to founding Astrata, Girish was the Senior Director of Product Management at UPMC Enterprises, the investment and innovation arm of UPMC. He was also the co-founder of Veralytics Inc., a healthcare NLP/ML startup. Girish is a Pittsburgh 40 Under 40 honoree and holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. 

Bob Cleric is Sr. Director of Engineering at Astrata, Inc. In Bob’s technical leadership role at Astrata, he has been involved in the testing of digital measures, certification of Astrata products, scaling of technologies using cloud infrastructures, and collaboration with Healthfirst.    

Autumn Kerr is the Assistant Vice President, Clinical Quality at Healthfirst, where she leads enterprise quality strategy with a focus on HEDIS performance, digital quality transformation, and provider engagement. With more than 25 years of experience across both payer and provider environments, Autumn brings a population focused perspective to quality improvement, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and data-informed decision making. 

Bohdan Kostrykov is a Senior Manager, Clinical IT at Healthfirst, where he manages enterprise quality reporting with a focus on HEDIS performance, regulatory compliance, and operational support for clinical teams. He is recognized for translating complex measurement and reporting requirements into reliable, actionable insights that support clinicians, quality leaders, and organizational decision-making. Bohdan began his career in healthcare more than 20 years ago, holding progressive roles across finance, analytics, and reporting functions in multiple organizations. This diverse background provides him with a strong analytical foundation and a systems-level perspective on how data, operations, and clinical quality intersect. Over time, his work evolved toward quality reporting, where he has spent the past eight years leading HEDIS and quality reporting initiatives at Healthfirst.
