Technical Implementation Analyst, L1 

Astrata’s implementation team works closely with other internal teams and clients to configure customer facing applications that revolutionize the way clinical notes are used in the healthcare industry for each client. We’re looking for a technical implementation analyst who is a great communicator and team-player to:

  • Work with Astrata’s Cloud Engineering team to establish new AWS environments.
  • Work with Astrata’s Application Engineering team to deploy applications with client specific settings.
  • Work with Astrata’s Data Engineering team to ingest client data.
  • Work with Astrata’s Measure Development and NLP teams to deploy and update new NLP services.
  • Work with Astrata’s customer engagement team to understand and map client input and output requirements to our system design.
  • Develop and deploy database migration scripts based on client requirements.
  • Monitor AWS for NLP services to meet data processing needs.
  • Create scripts to streamline client data upload and summarize results
  • Find creative solutions to difficult problems and operate within a flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Promote and participate in professional self-development to stay up to date with innovative technologies and development approaches within         the industry
  • Provide updates in both written and spoken format to internal and external stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Engineer L3 (Remote)

Astrata’s Application Engineering team integrates the NLP and ML developed by other Astrata teams into innovative customer facing applications that revolutionize the way clinical notes are used in the healthcare industry. The team also builds internal applications needed to support these products.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to contribute to the overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by completing assigned projects and tasks and meeting established quality measures. The focus of this position is to verify Astrata applications meet functional and performance requirements.

  • Work as part of a project team in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Analyze user stories and technical requirements for validity and proper user experience.
  • Develop and execute test strategies for manual, automated, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to understand expected behaviors and outcomes to support various test plans.
  • Confirm tests have been written to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer needs.
  • Perform data analytics against multiple datasets.
  • Partner with teams to remediate issues and results from various the testing mechanisms.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve our testing processes across multiple platforms.
